My sweet potato plants are in!

Ack - so early!

Sweet potatoes are supposed to go in the ground when its quite warm.  Something like 4-6 weeks AFTER last frost!  Even in city house I would have another 4 week I think!  At the farm I will need another 6 weeks probably.  I took the plants and put them in water for now.

I hope the roots don't get all tangle up!
