Pepper harvest
I harvested some of the ripest bell peppers from the raised beds today. Here are some pictures:

| There are more peppers on the plants, just not ripe yet. Also, I haven't harvested any of the jalapeno peppers yet. |

| Katherine cleaned and sliced the peppers. I pickled and canned them. 12 pints in all. |
Shell beans
While Katherine processed the peppers, I finished shelling the velour shell beans. I got a pretty good quart freezer bag full. I will have many more to plant next year.

| I will place these in the freezer to kill any worms or things before I use them. |
