Vegetarian Chili

28 oz diced tomatoes (undrained)
30 oz beans (drained)
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup uncooked bulgur
1 cup frozen corn
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 bell peppers
